On site with tenant and at this time there was visual conformation of a cockroach infestation. There were many active cockroaches throughout the unit despite several extermination attempts by tenant and property manager. Spoke to property manager and property owner. There is a current extermination contract for unit 203 and the property. Tenant was also offered another unit(206). |
