Thye expressed that the process was confusing and that they havent had time. After explaining that the forms were kicked back to them over a month ago and nothing has happened since then, that "we dont have time" was not going to cut it. I have provided them 7 days to complete this process at which time I will evaluate if a citation if necessary to gain compliance. |
