Knocked at door of rental. No answer. Called occupant and obtained phone number to the Broker handling the rental. Contacted Broker and discussed the complaint. Broker later called back and is having a portable ac unit delivered to the renter. While HVAC repair person is working at obtaining the part required to fix the AC unit. |
