After reinspecting the property, I do not observe any new work currently being done on the balconies throughout the property. In fact, after comparing the photos from prior inspections, I noticed no changes to the balconies at all. I followed up with the management who confirmed that no other work has been performed on the balconies. I advised him to contact his contractor to inquire of where they are in the permit process. I also posted stop work order placards in several highly visible areas. |
