Irrigation tubing has been replaced for the existing landscaping. Reviewed findings with PDSD staff and was determined that no permits are required for this action. (Permits have set requirements that alterations need to meet) Irrigation tubing is not obstructing the street, sidewalk, or any alley way from public use. Property management stated irrigation tubing will be completely buried within 2 weeks. Due to limited jurisdiction for this scenario, the case will be closed. |
