A vehicle impacted the pillar, the pillar, appears to have visible cracks and chips at its base, likely caused by the force of the vehicle's impact. The damage is concentrated at the point where the vehicle made contact with the pillar, and it is significant enough to affect the structural integrity of the support. There is possible surrounding area damage. The floor around the impacted pillar shows signs of damage as well, including areas where the concrete has been cracked or broken. The immediate area of the building shows surface-level disruption, indicating that the force of the impact traveled to the surrounding pavement. There is cracks and damages, suggest that the pillar, which is likely a key structural element, may have lost some of its load-bearing capabilities. Immediate repairs will be necessary to ensure the stability of the building. Place supports beams, within 24 hours, to support the damaged pillars, structural members. Responsible party stated there are no one currently occupying the units where the structural damages are, at this time Keep vacant Units: 153, 151, 149, 249, 251, 253 until repairs are made by a licensed contractor and access to the 2nd floor is limited and restricted for these upper units and where the structural damages are from the vehicle impact is until repairs are made and proper permits are obtained.
