On property, there are what appear to be several dozen pigeons throughout property. There are two cooping units but the owner makes no effort to coop them as they are lining the residence and his adjacent property. Property has a large amount of outdoor storage that the owner said he sells and scraps for income. There are several cars on property that do not appear to be operational, contrary to what the owner said. The owner allowed me to come onto property to take photos and was very kind. I explained that when I return in a month, I expect all cars to be operational or covered with full tires and closed hoods. I also explained that the entire property needed to be cleaned. |
