On site with ES and owner. The owner stated he and his neighbor went to court and judge ruled on an easement for the neighbor and on parking space. The owner will give PDSD a copy of the court order and he will apply for certificate of occupancy for a paid parking lot. The concrete debris on his property was put there by the neighbor. |
