On scene with TPD, SWG, TFD, Fire damaged isolated to exterior SW side of structure to include damage to framing, stucco, burnt and melted electrical wires, Electrical turned off at panel to affected area, no gas affected in area remained on. Property Manager signed indemnification and emergency abatement to secure area and have certified electrician or contractor inspected and repair damage within 60 days with permits. Main structure not condemned. |
