The property is a vacant boarded building that was a gym. Historical street view shows that it was boarded since Jan 2021. It is unknown during the time of the inspections if the light fixtures have been modified. The plumbing has missing sections/ components, and the property seems to be an attractive nuisance. There was a group of people hanging out at the west side of the building. There is an active permit undergoing inspection, Tc-Com-0325-00586 for a Tenant improvement. Will review case details with Code Administration for the next appropriate action. |
