Arrived with AQ, TFD on site, fire in the guest house in the back yard, new framing and electrical work without permits, structural and electrical damage, addition has it's own meter, meter disconnect by TEP CC is required for a reconnect, posted "do not enter" sign, hand delivered notices of violation to the owner. |
