Bathtub has chipped paint, corroded overflow drain, and poorly installed water valve. Toilet unsecured; rocks when used. Primary bathroom door severely damaged with exposed wood backing. Drywall behind toilet has holes. Electrical panel in hallway painted shut; inaccessible. Secondary bathroom shower shows damaged tile with apparent repair attempt using drywall caulking. |
