Spoke w/tenant, stated they are not responsible for weed removal and that the vehicle and debris is not theirs, it is the owner's responsibility. Will attempt to find owner's actual address and/or contact info.
11/06/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation On site - Still in violation. Spoke with tenant, he said he does not have information for the owners. I told him I would be getting everything cleaned up and the JMV removed. Starting bid requests at this time.
