TFD were called twice. Once in the middle of the night. TFD aired out the house and garage and left. Another call came in to TFD and once again the levels were high. I issued the occupant a notice to have the gas water heater and hvac evaluated by a Licensed plumber and hvac contractor. Permits required to verify the system is properly connected. Southwest gas inspected the area and determined the water heater was the problem. Called the Property Management Company Maintenance at 855 788 1320 a person answered the phone then hung up. Called again and same thing happened again. Called #214 281 4646 Customer Service number. An AI system answer the phone. I left a voice mail to please call regarding the rental property. Called the local phone number 520 363-4072 The same AI system answer. Again I left message to please call regarding the carbon monoxide problem at their rental. 6:04 am.... Currently it's 9:27 am and no calls have come in from the property management co.... Will call again. |
