on-site follow up inspection. Met in person with leasing agent, and was shown documentation that the air-conditioning units have been working since last year. I tried calling the tenant and the tenant has moved out according to the leasing agent. Case closed – resolved. |

The permanent cooling system to the multi-family apartment complex continues to be inoperable. This leaving multiple occupied units without adequate cooling during an extreme heat temperature warning. It has been reported that a contractor was dispatched to repair the chiller unit and failed within 24 hours. Onsite management are actively communicating with their corporate in regards of the chiller system being inoperable. This system is responsible for cooling over 100 units at this complex. |
