Cobalt blue Honda Civic parked on the north west corner of the property lot. Car has wheel removed off the vehicle and multiple donut tires attached to vehicle. Vehicle is full of refuse, hood is up. AZ license plate CSV8643. Trash pile next to the house was set on fire located outside up against the house in the north west corner behind the house. Fire also started inside the house. Exterior and interior damaged by fire. Roofing has a hole, insulation, drywall, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, ceiling, walls and flooring exposed and damaged by fire, water, smoke. Permits required to repair damage to the house. Licensed Electrician and Plumber required to repair electrical and plumbing system . License Contractor required to repair roofing system. Dwelling condemned. Completed nov to shut down house, permits required and nov to clean up property. Posted. House secured by Arcadia.
