Rental unit #H the electrical disconnect box electrical circuits are not labeled. Cover plate is missing, circuits are double lugged. Water is dripping off the roof from the swamp cooler flashing at the back end of rental unit #H. Flashing has detached from facia. Facia roof is rotted from long term exposure to water. Rental unit #J water is also dripping from the swamp cooler. |
