ON SITE AT PROPERTY THERE IS SPRADIC OVERGROWTH IN THE FRONT YARD AND UP TO THE RIGHT OF WAY. THERE IS NO ACCUMULATION OF REFUSE VISIBLE. JUST A GARBAGE CAN BLOWN OVER IN THE FRONT YARD. |
