However, at this address with the main retail business building there are no approvals for a CMU wall nor at the parcel that was once 10th Ave. There is currently a trench with rebar inside of the trench mirroring the vacant lots. Met with the Owner, construction manager and the architect to discuss the findings. Architect will reach out to Planning and Development Services to seek information regarding continuing CMU wall at the parcel with 10th Ave and the abutting retail building. There is an inspection scheduled with PDSD on 8/29/2024 for the vacant dirt lots. There is a large metal frame ramada with wheels on the vacant lot, Owner stated it was approved on the development package, will have to research to confirm. There are two Peddler business on the vacant lots operating without a peddler permits, information to gain the peddler permit has been provided. |
