This building has two different responsible parties. It's a commercial building 3202 N 1st Av. is a Vape shop. The Shop Owner has cleaned and removed refuse off and around his business. He has also removed the graffiti off his part of the building. The other half of the building is owned by 3200 N. First Ave LP this half of the building is still in violation. Electrical outlets are still without weather protective covers. Refuse is still around the building and inside the fenced area. Graffiti is still on the this half of the building. It is for this half of the building I will be citing the owner 3200 N. First Ave. LP #0007341 |
