On site with manager. There is no refuse or debris in balconies in building 18. Manager did stated a tenant recently moved out and left items, but the items have been removed. There was illegal dumping on the property. There is a roll off dumpster onsite where maintenance is putting the refuse and debris from the illegal dumping. Close case. |
