A FLUE THAT WAS NOT SECURE, BLEW OFF AND LEFT A HOLE IN THE ROOF. THERE WAS WATER INTRUSION TO THE INTERIOR OF THE SKETCHERS BUILDING. LARSEN AND BAKER WILL REPAIR THE SHINGLES TO THE ROOF. THE MAIN SHUT OFF TO THE ELECTRICAL BOX WAS DISCONNECTED AND LOCKED BY LARSEN AND BAKER. THE COMMERCIAL STORE IS CONDEMNED UNTIL THE ROOF SHINGLES ARE REPLACED AND THE ELECTRICAL IS CLEARED BY A LICENSED CONTRACTOR. IF ELECTRICAL WORK HAS TO BE DONE THEY ARE AWARE THAT PERMITS WILL NEED TO BE APPLIED FOR. HOME GOODS TO THE EAST OF THE SKETCHERS STORE HAD WATER DAMAGE TO THE INTERIOR CEILING TILES IN THE BATHROOM. BREAKER 11 WAS TURNED OFF AND THE BOX WAS LOCKED BY HOMEGOODS MANAGMENT, AMBER. MICHAELS ON THE WEST SIDE OF SKETCHERS SUSTAINED NO OBVIOUS DAMAGE. |
