Viewed back yard of rental unit #19. Back yard does have trash and miscellaneous items scattered around the back yard area. Met w/occupant regarding the complaint. Discussed the complaint. Occupant will cleanup area. Will send property owner a notice of the violation and will include rental unit #18. This yard is actually worse the back yard and front yard have refuse and house hold items scattered around #18 plus two junk motor vehicles parked in the front of the rental unit. Spoke with this occupant as well. |
