AS I ARRIVED AT THE PROPERTY THERE WAS AN OBVIOUS ACCUMULATION OF REFUSE AND DEBRIS IN THE FRONT, SIDES AND REAR YARD OF THE DWELLING. INCLUDING DISCARDED FOOD, HUMAN AND ANIMAL FECES, AND MORE. TUCSON WATER VERIFIED THAT THERE WAS NO WATER SERVICE TO THE DWELLING. THERE WERE MULTIPLE HOMELESS PEOPLE LIVING INSIDE THE DWELLING. THE ROOF HAD OBVIOUS DAMAGE. THERE WAS A TARP WITH ROCKS ON THE ROOF WHERE SOMEONE WAS ATTEMPTING TO STOP OUTSIDE CONDITIONS FROM ENTERING THE DWELLING. I ASKED THE PEOPLE ON SITE IF ANY OF THEM WERE THE OWNERS AND THEY ALL SAID NO. ONE OF THEM SAID THE OWNER WAS DEAD AND HER GRANDMOTHER WAS RENTING HER THE HOUSE. I TOLD THEM THAT NO ONE SHOWED OWNERSHIP AND DUE TO THE CONDITIONS OF THE HOME AND NO WATER AND THE REFUSE AND DEBRIS, EVERYONE HAD TO LEAVE, THAT I WAS CONDEMNING THE DWELLING. TEP WAS NOTIFIED TO KILL POWER. CITY BOARD UP SECURED THE DWELLING. NO ONE HAD KEYS TO THE DOORS. THERE WERE NO LOCKS ON THE DOORS. TPD ARRIVED AND ASSISTED IN REMOVAL OF THE SQUATTERS. DWELLING IS CONDEMNED. PERMITS ARE REQUIRED FOR REPAIRS TO THE ROOF, ELECTRICAL AND POSSIBLE PLUMBING ISSUES. THERE IS DISCREPENCIES IN OWNERSHIP AT THIS TIME. PROOF MUST BE MADE LEGAL THROUGH THE ASSESSORS OFFICE. THE REFUSE AND DEBRIS MUST BE CLEANED OR THE CITY OF TUCSON WILL OBTAIN A WARRANT AND ENTER THE PROPERTY AND ABATE THE ISSUES AT THE PROPERTY'S EXSPENSE.
