Property Managers placed two cooling units inside rental #206. The air in the unit is much cooler now. Rental unit #106 has only one portable yet the entire unit feels much cooler. Property Mgmt has approved the repair to the ac units. Contractor is currently working at locating a condenser for the cooler. |
