Said her issues are with the microwave causing a popping sound when used, sounds like it is tripping the breaker. She said the issue is intermittent and could provide no additional details on when it happens. She ran the microwave and could not reproduce the issue. I tested the outlet it is plugged into by the sink and it tested correctly, GFCI functions. Also tested the outlet on the kitchen counter across from the stove and tested correctly. Unable to verify complaint, close case. -VM |
