Observed an individual living inside of an R/V that is parked on the property, inside the fence. The property has no electricity or running water. Observed a large accumulation of trash and debris on the property. Observed excessive outdoor storage on the property. I spoke with the individual living on the property and explained to him why he was not allowed to live on the property. I also called the owner and left him a message explaining to the same information. |
