I did not observe any activity inside the property. All the doors were locked and each unit inside looked vacant. The back of the property had some broken windows, I called Arcadian to board up the back door of the property that was previously boarded, but someone took it down and it appears someone was living inside. I posted a DO NOT ENTER sign and Notice to Vacate/Abate due to the property (604 N 4th) not having water service since 2008, (606 N 4th) not since 2015, (602 N 4th), since 2019. |
