Made contact with the management and the tenant. The Management provided the tenant a portable unit and is working to make permanent repairs to the A/C unit. The management will provide a second A/C unit if the repairs cannot be made be the end of the day. The tenant is aware of what is happening. I took measurements inside the unit and had readings of 80 degrees, 82 degrees, and 74 degrees in the room with the portable A/C unit. |
