Drier vent caught fire in rental unit #103 damaged ceiling, interior insulation, dryer vent. Electrical circuit close to fire. Issued nov to Property Manager to have a Licensed Electrician to evaluate the electrical circuit in rental unit #103 and #107 before turning circuit back on. Permit required to make the repair to the unit #103. |
