154 PM - Found an unsecured kiddie pool in front yard of Unit 1. Water height is 20 inches, would fall under 16-13 (g) (3). Spk to tenant on site, said they would drain the pool and began draining it while I was on site. Provided tenant with a Notice and Order, they did sign the Notice and Order. Will follow up in 24 hours. -VM |
