1138 AM - Large RV parked on property, exhaust fan running upon arrival. There is an electric run from what appears to be junction boxes on the porch to the RV and water line is hooked up to the hose bib. Spoke to daughter of owner, resident, on site. She states the RV is occupied and one person is living inside the RV. While writing a notice of violation, the daughter came out with her dad on the phone who states the RV is not occupied or lived in. Asked if I could look inside of it and he stated I would need a warrant. Did advise he will have 24 hours to vacate the RV and disconnect utilities, and 30 days to remove the illegal electrical obtain permits for it. Posted a notice of violation on the RV. -VM |
