On site with manager, maintenance man, tenant and tenant's mom. The plumbers have been out to the apt and apt on 2nd floor. The leak was not from a water line but the AC coils and condensation lines. The AC is in the process of being repaired, when finish they will allow the floor and ceiling to dry before the path them. |
