House fire on second floor in bedroom. Wall dry wall damaged by fire, smoke & water and TFD putting fire out with water and checking for fire in wall. Water went into flooring and onto bottom floor. Electrical turned off. Completed NOV shut down. Need a Licensed Electrician to evaluate the electrical before turning electricity back on. Ceiling, walls and flooring in bedroom will need to be repaired before re-occupying the rental unit. |
