Vacant property has been posted by Code Enforcement previously. Back yard has a junk motor vehicle parked in the back yard, fence is dilapidated, refuse scattered throughout the entire back yard. Front yard vegetation is over grown with refuse mixed in. Neighbors state that at night the homeless go into the house at night. NOV for VANS program for nuisance and dilapidation will be issued to include property maintenance. |
