350 PM - Bath tub not draining. Tenant used a plunger to plunge the drain, water comes back out through overflow. Live roach in bathroom. Smoke detector missing from bedroom off living area. Outlet cracked damaged in this room, needs to be replaced. Hole in soffit above kitchen sink, is plugged by trash. No hot water in kitchen, ran both hot and cold for approximately two minutes. Drywall damage near air intake by kitchen. Cabinets damaged across from stove. Made contact with property manager on site. Will issue a notice of violation. -VM |
