I made contact with the owner back in February and the owner was working on cleaning the trash and debris. The owner is elderly and was making little progress by cutting the dead palm tree fronds, and removing some of the trash and debris, but much more work is needed to be in compliance. She was admitted to a nursing home once in September 2023 and again in March of 2024. I came by in late April to check on the owners progress and I did not make contact due to the owner not answering the door. On-site at the property, the neighbors explained to me that the woman comes and goes at the property, and she is sometimes seen going in and out and at times of the day and night, they also reported that she may be sleeping in her vehicle on the front of the property. I called TPD for a welfare check and posted DO NOT Enter signs in front and in the back. |
