Damage to exterior stucco, cracking at top of the two windows above this, no visible damage to windows. Wall on inside has damage, walls are pushed inside, stud detached from ground inside bathroom. Observed no sagging in ceiling area. No apparent damage to plumbing, toilet and fire sprinkler in ceiling are free from any leaking at this time. Ceiling is pushed back in this area of the fire sprinkler. There is one outlet in the waiting room area, it is not loose and drywall is not damaged around it. There is no apparent damage to the electrical system. Did speak to tenant and building owner on site. Advised to keep the bathroom area closed off until repairs are made. Use of a licensed contractor is required for repairs and permits required for repairs. Provided notice to owner. No other action taken, case will be closed. -VM |
