Arrived and the units were cleaning up and the fire investigators were on site checking for cause. The fire was in the bedroom on the south side. The fire burned the drywall on the ceiling and walls in the south bedroom with smoke damage to the other parts of the house. Has a detached addition for living and that has no damage from the fire. The electrical and the gas was removed at the meters due to the fire damage. A vent hole was cut on the roof in the south bedroom. Has a broken and burned out window in the bedroom. The house has security bars on doors and windows and will be able to secure the house with the security bars. Has water on the flooring from the fire being put out. The detached unit is connected to the electrical on the main electrical panel and is off at this time. The person living in the house is the owner and the house is listed to Old Pueblo Investments LLC., due to got a loan and carrying the owner at this time. Did call the listed owner to let know of the fire. The house is posted Do Not Enter on the front window and the front door of the detached unit in the rear of the house. The person living in the house signed the paperwork on site. Made contact with Carlos in office of the listed owner. Redcross is being called for placement. RV. |
