253 PM - Found no Penske trucks or feather banner signs on property. Made contact on site, manager of office states they started renting Penske trucks but stopped to get approvals. Did call and leave a message for property owner. Due to business not operating at this time, and no Penske trucks on the property, will close case as unfounded. -VM |
