1035 am - Contact on site w/ new business owner, is now Rancheros meat market. Owner turned on outdoor lighting. Both fixtures, one mounted on building, and one on north side of parking lot are operational and do not flicker. Owner states he had a bulb replaced shortly after opening store. Violation is abated, close case. -VM |
