On site, no storage at this address visible from the public view at this moment, storage structures on west side of the property are grandfathered per Zoning and PDSD not in violation, found back block wall height increased by using both loose and grouted blocks without permit or compliance review, also dilapidated portion of the wall on the south east corner, loose block and dilapidated walls are hazardous, spoke to the owner and advised needs to remove loose block and get the the grouted blocks removed or permitted , sent notice of violation. |
