Knocked on front door. No answer. As I walking back to the truck a man came out from the back yard area. Stated he worked at the property. The business is a sign company. They make signs in the back yard. Property is in an R1 zone. Checked with Business License to see if the owner has a business license. Will send the owner a application for Home Occupation along with the Home base business requirements. |
