207 PM - Made contact with tenant on site. Said there was a hole into carpet at far northeast corner of living room, has since been replaced with new carpet. There is a hole into drywall where the water pipe goes to the toilet, needs to be sealed, possibly with a wall flange. Floor in bathroom is peeling up near the bathtub, to the point where it would allow water to enter the floor. Needs to be replaced in this area. Front door is missing the door sweep. Will issue a 30 day notice for repairs. -VM |
