129 PM - Water is leaking around blower, is currently pooled, ceiling tiles are damaged, one ceiling tile has fallen onto floor. Peeling plaster/paint on the ceiling in the bedroom above electrical outlet (east wall). Tenant has a video of the outlet under this area sparking when something was plugged in. Unable to replicate this issue, I did test the outlets on exterior walls, both tested okay. No smoke detector in bedroom. -VM |
