Did look inside front window. The home is actively being remodeled with drywall and other construction supplies scattered throughout the home. Viewed pictures online from when home was last listed. Remodel work includes but not limited to: New recessed lighting in the living area and hallways; Gas line is disconnected in the living/kitchen area, will need a gas line reconnect/pressure test permit; New windows installed (although sizes may have remained the same); possible new electrical lines; water heater installed in bathroom; plumbing in shower area of bathroom. -VM |
