Gas line in kitchen area is disconnected from previous appliance, may have been cut, will need pressure test/permit for reconnect. New lighting fixtures installed near front door, circuit was expanded from a previously likely non permitted fixture. Kitchen fixtures all removed. Outlets in kitchen will need to be GFCI. Portion of wall near front door has been removed to open up this area. Recessed lighting throughout entire home. Majority of visible non metallic sheathed cable appears to be existing, however did identify a new circuit in the rear bathroom (that has hole cut into the floor) dated 09/09/2022. Per contractor, the water in the bathroom is to be removed, and a new hot water supply line to this room is to be dug into and installed in the concrete footer. Advised contractor needs to apply for a residential alteration/remodel permit and submit plans for all remodel activity listed in the Initial, and this inspection. Provided a copy of NOV on site and copy mailed via US mail. -VM
