On site with tenant and owner. The swamp cooler will not turn on. Owner will have maintenance or contractor at the unit today or within 24hrs. Tenant does have his own portable AC unit but it will only cool the living room. Owner informed tenant if cooler cannot repaired today she will give him another portable unit for the bedroom. |
