Did leave a card on the door and than the tenants answered. The will give my card to the owner to call me and did let them know that the carport in front is in violation for not having permits. Did advise that was in the process of writing a citation and will wait for the call back. RV.
10/17/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed Met with the tenant and received no info on the owner or the property manager. Took pictures and will do Citation. RV.
10/25/2024 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed On site at property. The detach carport has been removed. Close case.
11/24/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed Have talk to a rep. for the owner of the property and working on if going to remove the carport in front or try and get the permit to keep on the property. Will check in 30 days. RV.
12/21/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed Went to the site with inspector Morales and took pictures for the citation. This case is in inspector Morales area and showed the metal carport that needs the permit and went over the setback issues. Will do citation. RV.
