The property has a wash that is in the front of the property outside the fenced area by Valencia Rd. The wash is filled with tall grass and weeds, trash and debris and some dead branches and limbs on the ground that have broken off the trees in the wash. The trees will need to be trimmed and some removed to allow water flow as needed when it rains. Will do N.O.V. RV. |
